We work hard to provide you with the best dental care possible. However, it may happen that you are not satisfied. Please discuss the issue with the relevant practitioner or one of our assistants. Perhaps you would like to have a conversation with your dentist? The dentist can then explain why he/she did something in a certain way. You can then jointly search for a solution.
Information point and complaints procedure
If you are unable to find a solution together, you can obtain advice by telephone from the Dental Information Point (TIP). The TIP was founded by our professional organization, the KNMT. If the KNMT together with our practice does not provide a satisfactory solution either, you can use the KNMT Complaints Procedure to which we are affiliated. There are two options, mediation and formal complaint handling, resulting in a decision.
